Technician SOC

Job Purpose:
  • To provide customer technical support relating to network faults, configurations, security and performance.
  • Conduct remote trouble-shooting and escalation of faults and customer complaints to the relevant Technology teams. 
  • Monitor performance of mobile network elements and undertake preventative corrective measures when necessary.
  • Conduct Bulk SMS process to live customer base with 100% accuracy.
Qualification & Experience:
  • Minimum diploma in a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
