Job Purpose:
  • Deliver technical support to enterprise customers on products, services and solutions in Male’ and in regional locations. 
  • Ability to install, configure and troubleshoot CPE devices -Media Converters, Switches, Routers, Firewalls, WiFiAP’s and PBX systems.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues by process and track issue logs and trouble-tickets
Qualification & Experience:
  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent professional qualification in related field
  • Minimum 02 years experience in a similar role.
