- Scouting for items as per request
- Procuring items as per request
- Mailing, messaging and engaging in telephonic conversations with resort personnel
- Effecting routine deliveries of purchased items to respective vessels of the resorts
- Making quotations
- Maintaining consistent contact with the resort’s technical department
- Improving sales
- Applicants must be a Maldivian citizen fluent in both English and Dhivehi (spoken and written) *
- Must have work experience of 1 – 2 years in the field
- Must have completed O’level with at least 3 C+ passes
- Sound working knowledge of Microsoft package and G-Mail *
- Having an own motorcycle with a license is a plus ( riding knowledge mandatory )*
- 8,000 - 8,500 MVR / month
- Customs Form filling
- Filing, Labeling, Attending Calls, Responding to Mails
- Drafting letters to related government bodies
- Maintaining consistent communication with the resorts’ procurement department
- Ensure all related licenses are up to date
- Basic knowledge of import / export and cargo operations
- Applicants must be a fluent in both English and Dhivehi (spoken and written) *
- Must have work experience of 2 – 3 years in the field
- Must have completed O’level with at least 3 C+ passes
- Customs Form filling knowledge is mandatory *
- 8,500 - 9,000 MVR / month
About New Allied Management Service Pvt Ltd
NewAllied Management Service (NAMS) was formed in 1999 to serve the hospitality industry,and to provide full package of service to hotels and resorts in the Maldives at a competitive price. In line with the corporate policy of putting the design and production of each service, a company was set up by the name of 3BM Pvt Ltd for sourcing, stocking and supplying general hardware items to hotels and resorts. However, the new company was forced to focus on making profit rather than concentrating on a particular product line or service, the parent company NAMS Pvt Ltd was restructured extensively so that even the board of directors underwent change in the process. This was hoped to enable the founding shareholder of the company Mr Mohamed Shahid realizing his vision for the future.
