Qualification:- GCE A’ level 03 passes (Grade C and above including English)
- The candidate must be hard working with capacity to work long and odd hours.
- Should have at least 2 years’ experience.
- Computer skills with knowledge of MS Office Applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dhivehi and English.
- Excellent inter-personal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Eager to travel project sites
Responsibilities:
- Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
- Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings
- Taking action points and writing minutes
- Booking transport and accommodation
- Organizing meetings
- Arranging appointments
- Maintaining diaries
- Answering telephone calls
- Taking messages
Salary:
- RF 10,000 – 15,000 (Monthly)
