Construction Manager
Qualification & Experience:
- Degree or Diploma in the field of Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management or related field OR
- Proven work experience of 10 – 15 years in the field of construction management, preferably in the Maldives.
- Knowledge and familiarity with local construction methods and construction management processes.
- Knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards, local regulatory environment and approval processes.
- Literacy in MS Projects, and able to read and work from architectural, structural and other related technical drawings.
Construction Supervisor
Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum 6 – 10 years experience in construction supervision preferably in Maldives.
- In depth familiarity and knowledge of local construction methods, materials and equipment, regulatory environment / local approvals
- Ability to communicate in English
Project Engineer
Qualification & Experience:
- Degree in the field of Civil or Structural Engineering
- Minimum 8 – 10 years’ experience in the field of Construction.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Projects and ability to read and work from architectural, structural and other related technical drawings.
- Project management and supervision skills
